Jim Beneke Appointed to Texas Adjuster Advisory Board
Jim Beneke, President of Beneke/Adjusters International, has been selected as one of only two public adjusters to sit on the newly created Adjuster Advisory Board in Texas. For the past two years, the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA) has been working with the Texas Department of Insurance to create an Insurance Adjuster Advisory Board. The nine members of this board represent independent adjusters, staff adjusters, insurance agents, and public adjusters from across the State of Texas. Appointed by the Commissioner of Insurance, the board members will review and report on the potential issues affecting the function, operation and administration of claims procedures across Texas.
