Blair Ryan is a fourth-generation Public Adjuster with The Beneke Company / Adjusters International, carrying forward a longstanding family legacy of advocating for policyholders with integrity, technical expertise, and professionalism. She specializes in representing homeowners, property management companies, condominiums, and other businesses in property insurance claims, guiding clients through every stage of the recovery process — from damage evaluation and scope development to negotiation and resolution.

With extensive experience handling high-value and complex losses, Blair is known for her strategic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving fair and accurate claim outcomes. Her work emphasizes clear communication, thorough analysis, and going the extra mile that help clients navigate challenging situations with confidence.

In addition to her client work, Blair is an active leader within the profession. She serves as Treasurer for the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA), is a Board Member of Adjusters International Ltd., and Officer for the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA).
